Eastern Oregon University (EOU) offers admission to Bachelors, Masters and Pre-professional degree programs. EOU hosts a population of over 3000 students in its campus, out of which over 2700 are undergraduates.

  • The application fee for domestic and international undergraduate programs is 50 USD and 90 USD respectively. There is no application fee charged for admission to graduate programs.

Eastern Oregon University Admission Deadlines

EOU invites application for fall, spring, winter and summer semesters. The applications and supporting documents must be submitted within deadlines so that the admission committee can review and render admission decision.

Eastern Oregon University International Admissions

The Office of International Programs oversee the matters pertaining to admissions, immigration and cultural adjustment for international applicants. International applicants must meet these additional requirements to obtain admission at EOU.

Eastern Oregon University Undergraduate Admissions

The EOU campus hosts over 2700 undergraduate students in its campus. The Office of Admissions handles all matters pertaining to undergraduate admission to the university. Details concerning undergraduate admissions are mentioned below.

Admission Requirements: The following documents have to be provided to receive an admission decision:

  • Completed application form
  • Official high school or GED transcripts
  • Test scores of SAT or ACT
  • Optional letter of recommendation from a teacher or community leader


  • Students with a GPA of 2.75 or higher and fulfill other requirements will be automatically admitted to EOU.
  • Students who believe they can not meet admission requirements, may provide additional requirements - personal statement, letters of recommendation, additional evidence of academic or community achievements and services

The Office of Graduate Admissions handles all admission and related matters for graduate applicants. Students need to fill both EOU Graduate Application Form or Printable Form and the specific program application.
