The location of this college was the main draw. It is near an amazing town with beautiful scenery and lots of things to do. I also liked the size of the school, the classes are small and the teachers are personable.
The course at Southern Oregon University was a great one. I took the public accounting route, which included an extra year worth of classes to prepare me for the CPA exam. I was also required to do a business plan as a capstone
To give other students information on college campuses. I was looking for something like this when I was applying and it would've been really helpful to see reviews (like a yelp for college campuses).
It depends on what professor you have. Some of my classes are moderate but manageable and not too much work and others are really hard material and the professor's don't help much with learning it in class so I usually have to re-teach myself when I go home. A professor will make or break a class.
