It was close to home and inexpensive, my parents also wanted me to stay close to home because they didn't want to pay for me to live in a dorm. It also had a good program for criminal justice and I enjoyed all of the extracurricular activities that it offered and the connections I gained.
I feel as though they should have left us to focus on our major and only made us take a few classes because it was a waste of my time and I had to take summer classes to catch up on credits I actually needed.
