I opted for this college because my faith in God is important to me and I have always heard very great things about this university. Before applying and enrolling, I paid a visit to the campus and instantly fell in love. I felt comfortable and at home, but yet still in a space where I could experience growth.
My opinion on the course curriculum at Azusa Pacific University has gone in different ways. For this institution, taking Bible courses is a part of general education. I feel as though it is very important to continue to be educated on the word of God, but I also feel like it should not be necessary to include it as a part of your grades and GPA.
Sunny weather, Christian University, smaller class sizes, and cost. These were the major factors that led me to make the decision to attend Azusa Pacific University. It is usually sunny and warm here, it is a Christian school, the student-teacher ratios are comparatively smaller, and the cost was somewhat affordable after scholarships.
Chosen carefully and with intent. Good curriculum and plans for students. The students and faculty spent a good amount of time deciding what was important for students to be learning, and it is evident.
