Ambedkar University (AUD) MBA Admissions 2020: Registration, Eligibility, Test

Ambedkar University Delhi Releases the notification for the admission in MBA at School of Business, Public Policy and Social Entrepreneurship. Applications will be submitted till December 31

MBA Admission will be based on the entrance examination and interview conducted by the university. Bachelor degree holders can apply for the entrance examination and admission. AUD MBA Admission Test will be conducted on February 23. Candidates have valid CAT score they can also apply for the admission. 

Application form can be filled online from the official website of Ambedkar University (https://aud.ac.in/admissions/mba_admissions/2020). Application fee of INR 1220/- (INR 610/- for SC/ST candidates)  should be paid through Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card/D.D.

How To Apply

Application form can be filled online through the official website of the university.

  1. Visit: https://aud.ac.in/admissions/mba_admissions/2020
  2. Click “Online Application Form”
  3. Register with email id and phone number
  4. Enter required personal information
  5. Type academic details
  6. Upload scanned photo and signature along with all supporting documents
  7. Pay application fee of INR 1220/- (INR 610/- for SC/ST candidates)  should be paid through Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card/D.D. 
  8. Submit the application form

  • Address proof (adhar card)
  • Date of birth proof

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in any stream from a recognized university.  
  • Minimum 50 % marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Disabled (PD) category should be secured in the qualifying examination.
  • Applicants appearing in the final year of bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination or completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply.

Note: Candidates with valid CAT scores are exempted from AUD MBA Entrance Test. However they need to appear for the AUD MBA Aptitude and General Awareness Test (AGAT).

Reservation

Out of the total seats, 85% of the seats shall be reserved for those from the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the following proportion:

Admission Process

Admission will be according to the performance in the entrance examination and interview conducted by the university.

  • Candidates can apply either on the basis of CAT Score or MBA Entrance exam conducted by AUD. 
  • If a candidate applies on the basis of both then the mode where the candidate’s rank is higher will be considered for the merit list. 
  • All students (CAT or AUD MBA) will be required to take the MBA Aptitude and General Awareness Test (AGAT).  
  • Merit list will be uploaded by the university according to the performance in the AGAT.
  • Selected candidates will be called for interview and essay writing.
  • An essay of 500 words will be written on the given topic.
  • Final merit list will be according to the performance in the entrance examination and interview.
  • Qualified candidates will be invited for document verification and payment of programme fee.

AUD MBA Entrance Exam Pattern:

  • The admission test will consist of 90 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) on verbal ability and quant ability.
  • 4 marks will be awarded on each correct answer.
  • Negative marking of 1 mark on wrong answer.

AGAT Exam Pattern:

  • 60 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) on verbal ability and analytical ability
  • 4 marks will be awarded on each correct answer.
  • Negative marking of 1 mark on wrong answer.
