KKHSOU Result 2026 PDF and E-Marksheet Links

KKHSOU gives the result in two forms. The PDF list shows only the final status. The e-marksheet shows the marks for each paper.

What It Shows Where to Find It Login Needed
Result PDF with Clear or Not Clear status kkhsou.ac.in Results page No
E-marksheet with paper-wise marks lmskkhsou.in e-marksheet Enrolment number and CAPTCHA
Same e-marksheet, alternate link eservices.kkhsou.ac.in Enrolment number and CAPTCHA
Printed marksheet Study Centre of the learner Collected in person

Note: E-marksheets usually appear some days after the PDF result. A missing e-marksheet on result day does not mean the result is withheld.

How to Check KKHSOU Result 2026

Learners can check the status first and then download the e-marksheet. Both steps are free and online.

Checking the Result PDF

  1. Visit the official website kkhsou.ac.in.
  2. Click Results in the top menu.
  3. Open the 2026 tab and click the notice for the course and semester.
  4. Open the PDF attached to the notice.
  5. Search the PDF for the enrolment number. The last column shows Clear or Not Clear.

Downloading the KKHSOU E-Marksheet

  1. Open the KKHSOU e-marksheet portal.
  2. Enter the enrolment number.
  3. Pick the exam name and session from the drop-down list.
  4. Type the CAPTCHA and click Submit.
  5. Save or print the e-marksheet for records.

Example: A BA 5th Semester NEP learner picks "BA - V SEMESTER (BA__5) - Held in MAY-JUNE 2026". The list carries separate entries for NEP and old courses, so the code must match.

What the KKHSOU Result PDF Shows

The result PDF is arranged Study Centre-wise. Each row carries these details:

  • Study Centre name and code
  • Exam centre code
  • Branch or subject code, such as BAEN for English or BAPS for Political Science
  • Enrolment number
  • Result status: Clear, Not Clear or Withheld

Some PDFs also give a centre-wise summary. It shows the total, absent, appeared, withheld, clear and not clear counts. Clear means the learner passed every paper of that semester. Not Clear means at least one paper needs to be cleared again.

The e-marksheet is for quick reference. If it differs from the printed copy, the university treats the hard copy marksheet as valid.

KKHSOU Pass Marks and Back Paper Rules

The KKHSOU exam rules set the pass mark at 35 percent in each course. This combines the term-end exam and the home assignment. The home assignment alone needs 30 percent.

Rule Bachelor's Programmes Master's Programmes
Pass mark per course 35 percent 35 percent
Aggregate needed for the degree No aggregate rule 45 percent
Attempts per back paper Maximum 4 Maximum 4
Maximum time to finish 8 years 6 years

A Master's learner may pass every paper but still fall below 45 percent overall. That learner can reappear in theory papers of any semester to raise the aggregate.

Why a KKHSOU Result Shows Withheld

A withheld result is not a fail. The university holds it back until a problem is sorted out. The common reasons are listed below.

  • Assignment marks missing: the Study Centre did not send the home assignment marks to the exam branch.
  • Answer script issue: the examiner reported a problem, such as the wrong medium of writing.
  • Pending documents: the exam branch is waiting for papers from the learner or the Study Centre.

On July 31, 2026, KKHSOU withheld some MA 1st Semester results over the medium of writing. Affected learners got 15 days to send a written request. The request had to go through the Study Centre coordinator, not directly.

Under the exam rules, withheld results are cleared within 30 days once documents reach the university. If documents do not arrive within 90 days, the learner is treated as failed in that paper. The learner then sits the exam again in the next session.

Important: For missing assignment marks, the Study Centre coordinator must send proof of submission to the exam branch.

How to Apply for Re-Scrutiny and Re-Evaluation After the Result

KKHSOU allows re-scrutiny, a photocopy of the answer script and re-evaluation for theory papers. Learners fill the set form and pay the fee. The window is 1 month from the date the marksheet is issued.

  • Re-scrutiny is the base request. Photocopy or re-evaluation cannot be taken without it.
  • Learners can apply for all three together.
  • Re-evaluation can also be applied within 14 days of the re-scrutiny result.
  • Late applications are not accepted.

The university posts re-scrutiny and re-evaluation results on the same Results page. Each learner's row carries one of three codes.

Code Meaning
C Clear
CI Clear with Improvement
NC or No Change Marks stay the same

Learners with C or CI get a corrected marksheet. They must return the original marksheet to receive it.

Example: A learner gets the BCA 5th Semester marksheet on October 5, 2026. Re-scrutiny must reach KKHSOU by about November 5, 2026. If re-scrutiny shows no change, re-evaluation is still open for 14 days after that result.
