Entrance Tests, Merit and Counselling

NIMS selects applicants through the entrance result or academic merit accepted by their school, followed by counselling and document checks. A JEE Main scholarship does not make JEE Main compulsory for every engineering course.

The School of Business checks eligibility, evaluates the applicable test or merit result, then handles counselling and documents. NIMS enrols a selected student after the required records and initial payment are received.

How to Apply to NIMS University

  1. Register on the NIMS admission portal with a working email ID and mobile number. Choose the Jaipur course and specialisation.
  2. Fill the form, pay the application charge shown and upload a photograph, date-of-birth proof and academic marksheets.
  3. Complete any test, merit review, interview or counselling requested for the chosen course.
  4. After selection, check the offer and payment instructions. NIMS asks for a registration payment and 25% of the first-year tuition to enrol a student, within its stated timeline.

MBBS and Other Medical Admissions

MBBS admission requires NEET qualification and counselling through the medical admission process. Nursing, pharmacy and other regulated courses follow their own eligibility and selection rules.
