How to Check Bangalore North University Result 2026?
Students check UG and most PG results through the UUCMS student login. The steps are the same for every course.
- Open the UUCMS portal at uucms.karnataka.gov.in.
- Log in with the UUCMS username and password.
- Click the Results tab in the Student Portal.
- Select the semester and exam session.
- Check each subject, the marks and the result status.
- Download or print the result for college records.
Example: A B.Com 6th semester student logs in to UUCMS after 6:00 PM. The student then opens Results and selects the June-July 2025 session.
The college principal also downloads the result sheet. The college then displays it on its notice board.

BNU 2026 Exams and Where Their Results Appear
BNU has held several exam rounds in 2026. Results for these follow course-wise after valuation.

The MBA and MCA results are expected after the November 2026 valuation. The exact date will appear in a fresh BNU notice.
What the BNU Result Sheet Shows?
The UUCMS result sheet lists the student's register number, course and semester. It then shows subject-wise marks, credits and grade points. It ends with the SGPA and the pass or fail status.
Students who spot a wrong or missing mark should tell the principal. Principals report errors to the Registrar (Evaluation) within 7 days.
How SGPA Is Calculated?
BNU follows the NEP credit system for UG courses. SGPA is the credit-weighted average of grade points in one semester.
Example: A student takes four courses of 4 credits each. The grade points are 8, 7, 9 and 6. The SGPA is 120 divided by 16, or 7.5.
CGPA works the same way across all semesters taken so far. It uses total credits from every semester.
How to Apply for Revaluation and Scrutiny At BNU?
UG students can seek an answer script photocopy and revaluation. Each result notice sets its own dates. Each window usually stays open for about 10 days.

The MTTM notice also adds a PG application fee of Rs. 60. B.Ed 2nd semester photocopy ran from January 9 to 13, 2026. Revaluation then ran from January 14 to 18, 2026.
Steps to Apply for Revaluation
- Log in to the UUCMS student portal.
- Open Results and click the Apply RV tab.
- Select the subjects for photocopy or revaluation.
- Pay the fee through UPI, card or net banking.
- Print the application form with its unique application number.
Important: BNU accepts no manual forms and never refunds a paid revaluation fee.
Example: A UG student revaluing 3 theory papers pays 3 x Rs. 610. That comes to Rs. 1,830. A PG student revaluing 2 papers pays Rs. 2,640.
BNU has no challenge valuation for UG or PG courses. PG revaluation needs at least 15 percent of maximum marks in that paper.

BNU Result Not Showing or Withheld: What to Do?
Some students find no result or a blank subject. The cause is usually one of a few common issues.
- Wrong portal: MTTM results sit on the University Solutions portal, not UUCMS.
- Released too early: Results open from 6:00 PM on the notice date.
- Pending internal marks: A missing internal assessment upload can hold back a subject.
- Pending exam fee: An unpaid exam fee can stop the result from showing.
