BBMKU Result 2026 Portal by Program Type

BBMKU runs one result page for all courses. Students choose the right course type on one page. The table shows which option to pick.

Programme Course Type to Select Details Needed
Four-year BA, B.Sc., B.Com. (NEP) FYUGP Semester, stream, roll number
Old three-year CBCS and vocational UG UG Semester, stream, roll number
MA, M.Sc., M.Com. PG Semester, stream, roll number
LL.B. and B.A. LL.B. LL.B. or B.A L.L.B Semester, roll number
B.Ed. and M.Ed. B.Ed or M.Ed Semester, roll number
B.Pharma, B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic Nursing B.Pharma, B.Sc. NURSING or PBNURSING Semester or year, roll number
MBBS MBBS Professional year, roll number

FYUGP covers four streams on the portal: Humanities, Social Science, Natural Sciences and Commerce. A BA Honours student picks Humanities or Social Science. The choice depends on the major subject.

How to Check BBMKU Result 2026?

The result opens without any login. Students need the roll number from the admit card.

  • Open the BBMKU result page at bbmkuniv.in/student/ug/result.
BBKMU Result portal
BBMkU Result portal
  • Select the Course Type, such as FYUGP, PG or LL.B.
  • Select the semester and the stream.
  • Enter the roll number and the registration number.
  • Click Get Result. The marks appear on screen.
  • Save or print the page for later use.

Example: A B.Com. student of the 2024-28 batch checking Sem III selects FYUGP, then III, then Commerce.

Result Not Showing on the Portal

Most failed searches come from a wrong selection. A four-year NEP student who picks UG instead of FYUGP gets no result. Ex-regular students must pick the semester they appeared for, not their current one.

The main bbmkuniv.in home page sometimes shows a maintenance message. The direct result page still works during that time. For a missing or wrong result, students write to bbmku.examination@gmail.com.

What the BBMKU Grade Card Shows?

The online result carries the same details as the printed marksheet. Students should check every line soon after the result comes out.

  • Student name, father's name, roll number and registration number
  • College name, session, semester and exam month
  • Stream and honours or major subject
  • Paper-wise internal and external marks, theory and practical shown apart
  • Letter grade, grade point and SGPA for the semester
  • A QR code to check the result is genuine

BBMKU Grading System and SGPA Calculation

BBMKU uses a 10-point grading scale under its UG Regulation 2020. Marks are turned into grades as shown below.

Marks (Percent) Grade Point Letter Grade
90 and above 10 O (Outstanding)
75 to less than 90 9 A+ (Excellent)
60 to less than 75 8 A (Very Good)
55 to less than 60 7 B+ (Good)
50 to less than 55 6 B (Above Average)
45 to less than 50 5 C (Average)
40 to less than 45 4 P (Pass)
Below 40 0 F (Fail)

To pass a paper, a student needs 40 percent in internal and 40 percent in external marks, each on its own. A 100-mark paper needs 32 of 80 external and 8 of 20 internal marks.

SGPA is the total of credits multiplied by grade points, divided by total credits. CGPA uses the same method across all semesters. Both are rounded to two decimals.

Example: Six courses carry 20 credits and earn 139 credit points. The SGPA is 139 divided by 20, which is 6.95.

Note: CBCS students need at least 4.0 CGPA to pass an even semester.

The full rules sit on the BBMKU UG regulation page, including the FYUGP regulation.

What NCL Means on a BBMKU Result?

NCL stands for Not Completed Lower Semester Examinations. It appears when the final semester is cleared. But backlog papers remain in lower semesters. The degree is given only after those papers are cleared. Such students do not enter the merit list.

How to Apply for Revaluation and Scrutiny After the Result?

BBMKU offers scrutiny of answer scripts, not a fresh exam. The Controller of Examinations announces a separate window for each batch of results. Each window stays open for about five to ten days.

  1. Log in to the student portal at bbmkuniv.in.
  2. Open the scrutiny form for the right course and semester.
  3. Select the papers to be checked again.
  4. Pay Rs. 500 per paper online.
  5. Submit the form and save the receipt.

Deadline: Forms for FYUGP Sem VI, Sem VIII, LL.B. Sem V and B.A. LL.B. Sem X close on November 4, 2026.

A student who still fails after scrutiny sits the next end-semester exam.

Scrutiny forms are open to students across BBMKU affiliated colleges and university departments.
