The minimum passing mark in BSE Telangana SSC Supplementary 2026 is 35 out of 100 in each subject, and students must also score at least 28 marks out of 80 in the theory paper for language subjects to be declared passed.

BSE Telangana will conduct the SSC Annual Supplementary Examination (ASE) 2026 from June 22, 2026. This exam is for students who failed in one or more subjects in the March 2026 SSC main exam. Theory and Internal Marks in the BSE Telangana SSC Supplementary Exam

Students need only 16 marks out of 80 (20%) in the Second Language theory paper to be eligible to pass, compared to 28 out of 80 (35%) required in all other subjects. However, the combined total — supplementary theory marks plus internal marks carried forward — must still reach 35 out of 100 to earn a passing grade in Second Language.

How to Calculate Your Total Score in BSE Telangana SSC Supplementary 2026

Your final marks in each subject = marks scored in the supplementary theory paper + internal marks carried forward from the March 2026 main exam. Both conditions — the theory minimum and the overall total minimum — must be met to pass a subject.

• Language subjects: ASE Theory Score (out of 80) + Internal from March Main Exam (out of 20) = Subject Total (out of 100).
• Non-language subjects: Paper 1 ASE Theory (out of 40) + Paper 2 ASE Theory (out of 40) + Internal from March Main Exam (out of 20) = Subject Total (out of 100).
• Example (Mathematics): A student who earned 15 internal marks in the main exam and scores 22 in Paper 1 and 18 in Paper 2 of ASE — total = 22 + 18 + 15 = 55 marks (Grade C1 — Pass). Both papers also individually exceed the 14-mark theory minimum.
• Important: A student who achieves 35 or more in the combined total but scores below 14 in either paper of a non-language subject will still be declared failed in that subject. Both the paper-level theory minimum and the subject total minimum must be satisfied simultaneously.

What Happens if You Fail a Subject in BSE Telangana SSC Supplementary 2026?

Students who fail to meet the minimum passing marks in any subject in the June 2026 supplementary exam will be declared failed in those subjects. They can appear again in the next BSE Telangana SSC Advanced Supplementary Examination. The SSC pass certificate is not issued until all subjects are cleared. Students who pass all subjects in the June 2026 supplementary exam receive a pass certificate with a note on the marks memo indicating that they appeared in the supplementary examination.
