Aspirants who fulfil the below mentioned requirements will only be eligible to apply for Vikramaditya Yojana Scholarship 2021:

The applicants must belong to the below poverty line of the general category. Other category students such as SC, ST, OBC aren't eligible to apply.
The candidate must be Indian and a resident of Madhya Pradesh
The applicant’s 12th board percentage should be a minimum of 60%.
The family income of the applicant must be within INR 1,20,000 pursuing higher education.
For the candidates pursuing bachelor’s degree, the annual family income must not exceed INR 54,000.
Candidates must be pursuing regular education.

The portal is not only limited to the registration process for Vikramaditya Free Education Scheme but a number of other state government scholarships as well. Let’s take a look at all the necessary steps you must follow to successfully complete the Application Process Vikramaditya Free Education Scheme.

Students first need to visit the online scholarship portal of Madhya Pradesh www. scholarship portal.mp.nic.in.
Scroll down to the ‘Student Corner” section on the home page itself and click on ‘Register Yourself’. Candidates will be redirected to the State Scholarship Registration Portal 2.0.
Enter your 12 digit aadhaar number and click on ‘Proceed: Check & Verify’.
After aadhar verification, a new page with mandatory instructions will open. Read the instructions carefully and click on ‘Continue’ to proceed for further application process.
Candidates will then be redirected to the registration form. Fill in the correct details asked and click on ‘Register’.
After successful registration, login credentials will be generated.
Login using the generated username, password and captcha. A new page with application form will open.
Fill the details asked and upload the documents required. Cross-check all the necessary details, as you won't be able to change them again.
Submit the application form.
Once you are done with registering, you can also track the status of your scholarship by visiting the official website only.

Ques. What is the application ID for the Vikramaditya Yojana scholarship?

Ans. Once a student has completed its registration process in the portal, an application ID is generated. It is a 7-digit code that students need to enter while logging in again into the portal. A student receives this ID on its phone number. So it's advisable to keep this code safe for future use.

Ques. How can a student recover his/her Vikramaditya Scholarship Yojana password?

Ans. There is a ‘Recover Password’ option in the scholarship portal. So if you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it in 2 ways. Firstly, under traditional old criteria, you have to choose your category, enter your name, date of birth and mobile number to reset the password. Under the second approach, new criteria, you need to enter your first name, Samagra ID, father's name and date of birth to reset the password.
