What key factors motivated you to join the education sector?
“Equality and quality in education for all”
I believe that no child should remain deprived of the right mentor to guide him/her the right set of education, career and success mindset. So, with a vision to provide access to quality education along with mentoring to every learner, be it from a village or from a posh city irrespective of the native language, time zone and physical location globally, I started working towards betterment of education and developed an instant learning platform.
How would you describe your leadership style?
“Establishing an interactive and flexible work culture”
I am a team-oriented leader. I prefer a participative leadership style. I keep on strategizing for ways and methods to keep the employees happy and productive. Work culture must be much more flexible and comfortable for employees. More often I acknowledge them with rewards. I keep communicating with them about their inputs on issues and ideas for growth of the institution. I talk with them about the institution's future and goals, make them feel valued for their contributions and demonstrate to them that their dedication is going to bring something great for all of us. I keep them boosted and motivated throughout.
How do you strategize the key plans for the administration of your platform?
“Better reach and involving new advents with latest technology”
The education industry is rapidly evolving with the future trend to be a hybrid of online and offline learning methods. With the advent of COVID-19, the education industry is at the cusp of greater changes with a new definition for the education system. I work aggressively to be connected to the customers globally through all online and offline mediums to have a better understanding on what would help them to gain a rich learning experience. And then I come up with the newer products engrossed with AI to engage the customer base and enhance their experiences. I am planning to partner with many offline coaching centers as well to build a great blended approach to the education ecosystem.
How does your platform ensure the best development of the students?

I feel myself responsible to plan, develop and deliver comprehensive learning products to ensure a seamless user experience. Providing a product that enhances the intellectual, social and personal development of every student is my core role. Most of the time, I am the primary contact for customer resources, product deliverables and escalations as required to achieve expected outcomes. I believe I must possess the key responsibility to shape a vision of success among all the students in their academics as well as their life goals.
What are your responsibilities towards HapGen Educational Services?
“Proactive functioning and accomplishment of set goals”
I, as the founder of the platform, feel my role is to nurture the brand cohesively. I play a major role in identifying what is working and what educational needs are not yet being addressed in the market. I determine whether the market presents an opportunity to establish and grow my EdTech company within that space. I play an important role in the product development and implementation, and hence play a crucial role in planning product scope and establishing measurable goals. As the founder & MD, I take a very active role in the need to network and so I keep building the social media presence and attending industry events to promote the brand. I bring more individuals with the right skill sets to the team. Enforcing the team towards strategic vision, setting guiding principles and success criteria for growth of the company are my core responsibilities.
What do you think should be HapGen’s top priority over the next 10 years?
“Extensive experience and collaborations worldwide”
The top priority for HapGen Educational Services would be more global expansion, and partnering with many schools, colleges and higher education institutions to build an integrated system where all stakeholders of education will have equal opportunities. I aspire to come up with the newer products engrossed with AI to engage the customer base and enhance their experiences. Also, to come up with holistic learning beyond boundaries, and to build trust and credibility with a large number of customers.

The biggest challenge which I see as an educationist for higher education is the students are educated but not being mentored as industry-ready. Apart from subject knowledge, some soft skills such as time management, critical thinking, communication skills, body language, teamwork, positive thinking, conflict management, corporate etiquette and others, must be imparted at the institutes. Adapting to the modern hybrid model, increasing competition, student engagement and evolving syllabus are major areas of concerns.
Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth?
“Never lose hope and dream big to succeed”
As a self-starter, I would like to say that - Always dream big and strive with perseverance to make it a reality. Add ‘Do Not Quit’ as the main value while you dream. Hard work always wins, just the will to win must not die.
