What is your philosophy of leadership?
‘Open-mindedness, risk taking and exploring novelty”
I think honesty is the foundation of leadership. Honesty is a policy which builds trust between team members. A leader should be confident because a confident leader can give 100% to achieve the goal. A good leader should be visionary and should keep a blueprint in his mind. A leader must be telling the team about new technology and inspiring them to learn new things constantly. Keeping encouraging your team to do positive things by taking your team out of the comfort zone is the quality of a true leader.

“Providing best education practices and relevant atmosphere”
Being an Educator and Founder of Learning Power, I am responsible for providing a good environment, study materials and guidance for collaborative learning, interactive group discussion, individual learning and research. I utilize relevant and current information to transmit knowledge and constantly research the curriculum, and provide concrete up-to-date examples. I am aware of individual student differences when designing course materials and know students' prerequisite skills and knowledge, and use this foundation to build new knowledge.
What do you think should be Learning Power’s top priority over the next 10 years?
“Evolving with the changing market trends and needs”
I think the way of teaching and learning going on nowadays will be different after 10 years. The technology with innovation and advancements in the education sector is our top priority for providing high quality education and research to students. Learning Power will work according to technological changes and development in the field with new pedagogies and more relevant course material. Also, classrooms would move towards being paperless and more computer-based, we need to prepare for that too.
How do you train your students at Learning Power to be future ready?
“Learning with more flexibility and power”
We follow a very personalized learning at one’s own pace and speed. We have more flexible paths and subject choices according to the interest of students. Blended learning, flipped classrooms and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for learning are the key characteristics of our classroom, with predominant use of quizzes, group projects and group discussions. We enhance student ownership in the learning process and he/she takes more responsibility, which is good with future perspectives. Mentoring is more important with current situations. Though the students will incorporate so much independence into their learning process, mentoring is the fundamental to student success.
