For applying for a Student Visa the applicant must have the offer letter to study at RMIT. If an applicant is unable to provide evidence that the deferral is based on compelling circumstances before the last date to enrol, they will be reported to the Department of Home Affairs (DHA). This can affect an applicant’s student visa.
