Ayesha Khan is an Urdu Mentor at Collegedunia and a second-year M.A. (Urdu Literature) student at Jamia Millia Islamia. She maintains a small bilingual blog publishing English translations of Urdu poems for general readers. She specialises in Class 11–12 Urdu chapters with particular strength in poetry sections — her translation work has given her a fine ear for register, idiom, and difficulty levels Class 12 students can realistically handle.
About the Author
Ayesha's interest is in 20th-century Urdu progressive poetry (Faiz, Sahir, Makhdoom). She brings translator-grade attention to her chapter writing. She is a regular at Rekhta's Jashn-e-Rekhta festival every February, a serious calligraphy practitioner in Khat-e-Naskh, and reads contemporary Pakistani Urdu fiction.
