Sahil Akhtar is an Urdu Mentor at Collegedunia and a final-year M.A. (Urdu) student at Aligarh Muslim University. He is part of AMU's Urdu Society and has assisted on a project documenting Urdu manuscripts in the AMU library. He specialises in Class 11–12 Urdu chapters — particularly the prose chapters and short-story portions — with a strong feel for the AMU/JMI literary tradition NCERT Urdu draws on.
About the Author
Sahil's interest is in Urdu prose fiction (Premchand-era through Manto). He brings literary-historical depth to his writing. He is a serious AMU library archival-research volunteer, a competitive parliamentary debater at the AMU debate society, and a regular at Aligarh literary mushaira events through the year.
