Priyanka Iyer is a Fine Arts Mentor at Collegedunia and a final-year M.F.A. (Sculpture) student at the Sir J.J. School of Art, Mumbai. She has exhibited at student art shows and assists on a Bombay art-history archival project. She specialises in Class 11–12 Fine Arts chapters with strong fluency in sculpture, ceramics, and the three-dimensional-art traditions of India — areas where most school Fine Arts teachers default to painting.
About the Author
Priyanka fills the sculpture-under-taught gap in school Fine Arts. Her sculptural studio is in the Bandra industrial belt. She is a serious clay practitioner (terracotta and stoneware), a regular at Mumbai's Kala Ghoda Arts Festival every February, and reads art-history monographs — her shelf currently features volumes on the Cholamandal Artists' Village and the Madras Movement.
