After securing a GPA of 8 in high school, I decided to pursue my further studies from Canada. I had undertaken some research and had applied to this university. The university maintains close ties with the local business community, providing the chance to learn first-hand from the best and brightest business leaders and entrepreneurs. The admission procedure was quite simple through an online application form. I was also asked to pay $90 for the application.
My course was a three-year program that combines tourism and hospitality, business education, and the opportunity to augment a specialty area with elective courses. The blended approach to the program, in conjunction with two paid internships, prepared me for a position in this multifaceted industry. The skills in my program include Communication Service training, Event planning, and management, Teamwork, Industry awareness.
Because of this picturesque place and Cape Breton being a welcoming place. Moreover my course only had 6 accredited colleges and Cape Breton University is one of them. So why not take full advantage of the area and study at the same time whilst being within the community and growing up. One of the best decision ever made.
The course curriculum was filled with extremely difficult, difficult and not so difficult courses all throughout my 2 years of study. I had the choice of choosing from all fall and or winter courses. Took the Summers off both times to take rest.
CBU is very liberal in all its procedures and conditions. I just applied in only one. Thats CBu. My agency, campus global was pretry sure about its admission. There is no age limit is attracted me to cbu. I had good score in academics. Admission process was very simple and they conducted a pre departure programe in home country to clear all the doubts and worries.
I studies Civil Engineering in India.Environmental studies is a part of specialisation for civil engineering. My IELTS score was 6.5. All the staffs are qualified. They are hiring new staffs because of the incresd number of students.Even public transporatation also expanded. The only one concern about the college is every semester they are increaaing the fees.
It's offered me my course in which I was interested and moreover, the city is very beautiful, it has a relaxing atmosphere and links the human to nature. Though the application fees and fee structure is high of the university, I want to do master's in that subject in which I was interested as I was topper in my graduation and believe I would score well in this field too and will secure a bright future.
I gave IELTS and score overall 7 bands each module having as Listening 8.5, Speaking 7, Reading and writing 6.5 each. Applying in the University IELTS was required so I gave the test and scored good credit which helped me to get admission to the university with ease. I didn't try any other exam as they were not necessary.
After completing my MBA I decided to study more about specific field. I applied in lambton college for the supply chain management program but I did not get an offer letter for that program and I also applied in University for the same and I got offer letter from cbu,so I opted this University.
As supply chain is one of my favourite fields, so I opted for that one. Their are almost 150 students in my batch. I have 7 bands in IELTS. The minimum IELTS score is 6 in each and overall 6.5 for the students opting post graduate degree or diploma. For undergraduate courses 6 in each are enough to enter into the university
I got to know about this University through a friend. Since I am a dentist by profession I wanted to pursue my further education In Canada in the same profession and this University with this particular course opened the gates of opportunities and not just that an additional offer of being a health inspector in Canada which is a very elite profession. The admission Process was done by submitting a application fees of $103 and by showing the proof of my academic credentials in India along with the IELTS exam. It was the only college I applied for because of the friendly nature of the staff and the excellent job and placement opportunities at this University.
I opted for this program because I saw expanded vision and growth towards my career. Moreover a small batch size if 40 students in the class and 20 in the lab gave me the idea that the teachers would show exceptional Interest in helping us build our careers. The total credits after successful completion of this course are 72 and moreover It gave me an additional extra qualification and option except dentistry. I had given an IELTS exam as a requirement with a successful score of 7.5 though the eligible score is just 6 to 6.5 with a 55% minimum requirement in your previous qualification.
I completed a Doctor of Pharmacy from India and I aspired of pursuing higher studies in Canada. My best friend in the college, after her studies, flew to Canada,to one of the most beautiful campuses in the world for public health. My admission procedures was a big story, I got placed within 1 month of after completion of my Indian education( to the best of my knowledge, no one ever had a chance to get enrolled in a prestigious institution within a short span. My friend helped me with all the procedures at the university.

I had applied in various colleges but I found this one more interesting, had huge campus and rest got to know from my family friend cum counselor. This particular University had all the facilities as well as the program I was opting for. The admission process was amazing and fee structure was also less compared to other colleges and universities.
The faculty is really good and are always available outside class hours and ready to help anytime of the day. Their teaching methodology is really good unlike India where professors put a lot of pressure on the minds of students.
