On-Campus

Various on-campus opportunities for students such as office assistant, social media assistant and proctors are available.

Position of admission office assistant

  • It involves duties such as assisting admission staff with calling and e-mailing prospective students, updating databases, providing reception coverage.
  • You can work for 10-12 hours per week.
  • Requirements: Student should have excellent intrapersonal and interpersonal skills, should be proficient in computer skills. 

Social Media Assistant

  • It includes duties such as posting engaging social media content, updating the website and assisting other office duties.
  • This position is available with 10-12 hrs of week
  • Requirements:  Student should have experience of handling social media platforms, should be a creative starter.

Proctors position in student support and accessibility office

  • The student is being assigned with duties to supervise students in the examination rooms.
  • Requirements: Student should have a GPA of 3 or above. Two references are also required – one from a professor and one from the past employee.
  • To apply for SIN, the student needs to apply in person and is required to gather all the original documents and submit them at the nearest Service Canada Service.
