ACMS offers admission to the MBBS program. AMCS Admission is based on the NEET UG entrance exam, followed by Counselling. Candidates have to apply at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (ipu.ac.in) for admission to ACMS.

ACMS is a residential campus with hostels for boys and girls. The institute has multiple facilities with 23 classrooms, 7 seminar rooms, 18 labs, 4 lecture halls and one library. Army College of Medical Science offers MBBS course only. The admission to the MBBS course is based on NEET UG scores. The eligibility of the course is to complete HSC with at least 60% marks (50% for SC and ST categories).
ACMS College does not offer B.Sc. Nursing or any other Nursing related courses to students.
The admission registration forms are not available at present on ACMS New Delhi official website. It is expected that the forms will be released after the declaration of NEET UG and PG results.
