GEMS is a real GEM!!

Likes

Having a title of GEMS makes you a good name as students of our college
We have quarters and each thing be it MBBS or others have their own building.
Majority of seats here are through convenor but there are some management seats as well.

Dislikes

Fees for management quota seats is more than double.

Placement Experience:

After doing BPT, we have to go through a paid internship and that's mandatory to get the degree. So after that, we are hired by hospitals as each hospitals in India and even wellness centres have a Physiotherapy room. Some go for individual practice and some even work as freelancers as well.

A cute little story of my college

Likes

Quality of education: Assess to Experienced professors, modern curriculum, research oppertunities, academic programs, different specializations
Beautiful campus: well maintained, green spaces, oppertunities to interact with students from different backgrounds
Clubs and organisations: sports teams , workshops ,stress management programs, libraries, digital class rooms

Dislikes

Excessive work load,lack of transparency unclear policies
Broken washrooms, slow internet connectivity
Parking and transportation issues: lack of sufficient parking

Small but compact

Likes

Greenary is very good in the college almost everywhere
And there is an big okay ground to play on
Study hours will be conduted for first years

Dislikes

champus is very small with less facilities
mess fees is too high and the meal quality is not good
And the staf should be little bit improved

Course Curriculum Overview:

As mbbs is the one of the best degrees. Everyone in my family are doctors so .They basically pushed. Faculty student ratio is very good every teacher is an mbbs finished There are 3 internals and 1 final . So yeah it is a little bit difficult to pass.

The hospital crowd with new cases and good practice

The rules in the hostel which are very worst
The mess menu is good but food is taste is worst
The equipment is old and not working properly in the college

My ambition to become doctor lead me to choose this course. In this college the practical knowledge is very good. The exams are twice a month for each subject. The faculty should improve the teaching technique in better entertaining way

Situations make you to habituate everything in your life

Likes

College fee is affordable .. infrastructure in college is good, faculty is good and friendly with much of knowledge,they well take care of students.
Play ground exists , different sports activities are encouraged
Campus is calm and environment friendly with full of greenary.

Dislikes

Hostel fee high but facilities are less ..no balance between price and facilities
Mess fee too high cannot affordable & avg or low quality of food

Course Curriculum Overview:

It was my dream to pursue mbbs. I had worked hard for 3 years to get qualify for neet and to get a seat in medical college. No crisis of faculties.I feel it's a better faculty students ratio when compared to other medical colleges..5 -8 faculties per department Faculty qualification: mbbs followed by MD or ms, super speciality also (some) , some: diploma in respective departments Yearly-based exams conducted on January -Feb It was slightly difficult to pass unless we study from starting of the academic year and understood & knowledge about the subject

Remarks:

This college is in my state, so it is very convinient for language and travel. As the university alloted this collge to me, i have no say in it. They alloted collegea according to my entrance exam score.
