Teacher quality includes ability to deliver sound content with ease of understanding by students.In addition to using students to measure teacher performance , a senior and experienced person in the area being evaluated can be used and usually external evaluator or blind evaluation is best.Using the peers who are in same college or faculty could be sentimental.
Almost 90% of the professor in the commerce department had doctorate in different field. Every teachers now in the department is very kind and excellent in their career. The support I got from them improved my management skills as well and life for commerce student is best in college. They always give importance for extra skilled activities.
Most of the lecturers are phD holders and rank holders from different universities like NIT,calucut university,MG university, Pondichery university and foreign universities abroad.They impart knowledge to students for achieving national level competitive exams like NET,JRF. College have research based study curricculum and advanced lab facilities in Chemistry department.wipro like companies gives placements
The college is having autonomous power which means that the college is mature enough to take decisions of their own and conduct exams and publish results soon. Tye college have a great faculty members.
Lecturers are very good and they well known the subject. Apart they easily manage each student in a good manner. The college lecturer averarage age 26-40. So many lecturer are qualified net, jrf etc. The professors are well known about the subject deapily.
Very good faculty,good teachers and lab facilities. Exams will be conduct on fixed dates and evaluation and results process are also on time. The examination process doesnt have any delay. There alot of students who studying from distance. Their examination process also very easy.
