The fee structure is very biased. Open category students has to pay more than a lakh every 4 years. On the other side caste category students has to pay only few thousands and that is also refunded to them. They take fees for unnecessary things in the fee structure which they don't even provide
It should be more practical oriented and not written assignments based. And the course should include subject only relevant to the course. Also the period of each course should be increased as we don't really get to understand the subject in just 6 months
The fee structure keeping in mind the city Pune along with the location of the college which is located in the city I quite feasible. The campus is filled with greenery all around and also includes several other colleges with varying fee structure
The course curriculum is neither very old nor very new. The exam structure for 1st year is completely theory based. There are 60 marks exams per subject. The subjects are almost same in 1st year.total there are 6-7 exams each semester
95000 per year. Its expensive but its worth it. So you can rely on this college. You have to pay it in 6 months semester wise. So its worth it. For students who are sc, st and obc they get 10000 relaxation.
There are two mid term and one end term exam. We have to clear all exams or else you will get back. And it affects your placements. Best is to prepare for aptitude and programming. This is must for placements.
In my opinion, the fees structure of the college is pretty feasible considering the quality of infrastructure and campus life it provides ( PS Our college is the only one with air conditioners in every single classroom and the 7-8 Canteens and good infra ).
The course I am pursuing that is the B.Tech in Information Technology follows the syllabus of Guru Gobind Singh Indrprastha University and was last updated in the year 2014 so is pretty updated considering the recent norms and trends. Exam structure in my college consists of a mid term paper of 30 marks which is marked out of 15 in internal marks and the rest 10 marks are for attendance , quizzes and assignments. This is the internal structure of 25 marks whereas the university holds a 75 marks end sem exam so the total marks at the end of semester is computed out of 100( 25:internal and 75:external).
The fee structure is almost feasible. The annual fee is about RS. 1,00,000 which is at par with most of the engineering courses here. The fee includes all the lab, library, tuition fees. all classrooms are air conditioned.
The curriculum is okay, I guess. There are many subjects, as prescribed by the Indraprastha University, Delhi. There are a few guest lectures. The technical societies of the college are good and help students in learning new skills.
1.15 lakh was the fees that I paid at the time of my admission, fees are dependent on the college, however, some amount is also deducted for the university, compared to other GGSIPU college it may feel little expensive.
The college observes the syllabus of GGSIPU, overall it is nice but 1 semester seems to be little boring but we have to study so it is ok, courses offered are good, you will find some subjects to be irrelevant
The fee structure is a bit more than other Indraprastha University. It is around 1.1 lakh per year but it is justified because our college has facilities such as Air conditioners and projectors in every classroom.
Course curriculum, to be honest, is not something that is justified for me. I have an interest in Electronics but I was forced to study Computer and Mechanical Engineering subjects in the first year. If I had started studying core Electronics subjects in my first year, I would have a better grip in my main subjects right now.
The annual fee for the 1st year is 1,17,700. 10,000 security deposit, 5000 refundable deposit, 1000 non-refundable deposit and 1,01,700 tuition fee. It is feasible for a family whose family income is 7-8 lacks per annum. Little expensive for the family having income 3-4 LPA
CSE- Computer Science and Engineering. As of I am in 1st year, I am studying applied science. All the practicals and theoretical lectures were done in a friendly manner according to students. Teachers are very cooperative and helpful. Teaches in a way which is easy to understand.
It is feasible considering it's of IPU and not a government college and considering what other colleges demand it's quite reasonable. Also, students can easily pay fees both offline and online.
IPU has a very limited course atleast BVCOE does, One can easily spend 6-7 days before the exams and easily pass them. But to gain very good marks, I would recommend to study once or twice in a week regularly while also managing other co-curricular activities. My advice to fellow juniors would be to focus on personal development and increase your skills may it be programming or something else.
For First year- Rs 1,17,000. For Second year-Rs 1,12,000. For Third year-Rs 1,12,000. and For Fourth Year-Rs 1,12,000.
The course(BTECH-ECE) is worst as there is no core company reaching college for the placement.Practical learning is good i admire for it. I will suggest to choose this college only if you are getting CSE or IT these branches have good enviroment and placements as well.
