GCET MBA : Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Ans. The total tuition fee for the 2-year MBA program at GCET is INR 2,25,206, split as INR 1,15,603 in Year 1 and INR 1,09,603 in Year 2. Hostel accommodation is optional and charged separately, with annual fees ranging from INR 95,000 to INR 1,71,000 for male students and INR 1,60,000 to INR 1,71,000 for female students. Candidates should confirm the latest fee components with the admissions office before enrollment.

Ans. GCET accepts CUET PG scores as the primary basis for MBA admission through UPTAC state counselling. Candidates who have appeared in CAT or MAT may also be considered for applicable admission categories. CUET PG 2026 was conducted from March 6 to 27, 2026, with results declared on April 24, 2026. UPTAC counselling registration for 2026 closed on June 30, 2026.

Ans. The MBA program at GCET is offered in two specialisations: General Management and Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Both are 2-year full-time programs affiliated to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, and approved by AICTE. The combined intake is 240 seats. The program prepares graduates for roles in marketing, operations, supply chain, and general management across corporate and public sector organisations.

Ans. UPTAC 2026 counselling registration was open from May 25 to June 30, 2026, on the AKTU admission portal. After document verification, candidates participated in multiple rounds of seat allotment and exercised choice-filling to indicate preferred institutions. Candidates allotted GCET were required to report to the college during the designated reporting window in July 2026 for document verification and enrollment formalities.

Ans. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any recognised discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree. Reserved category candidates are eligible for relaxation as per UP state and AKTU norms. A valid CUET PG score is required for state counselling admission. There is no restriction on the stream or subject of the qualifying degree.

Ans. MBA students at GCET can apply for the Uttar Pradesh Post-Matric Scholarship for OBC, SC, and ST students by submitting applications on scholarship.up.gov.in. Central scholarships are also available through the National Scholarship Portal for merit-cum-means eligible candidates. Meritorious candidates with high CUET PG ranks may additionally qualify for GCET’s institutional merit scholarship. All applications must be submitted within the notified deadline each academic year.
