GEC Gandhinagar Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I am not aware of the college placement. The placement cell starts after 6 semester is over. Many students apply for on-campus but many also apply via LinkedIn. There are a lot of companies that come to GECG but actually, I am not aware of this whole placement thing only.

On this college campus placements are good and but quite decent. Almost 20-30% of students are getting placed. From 3 year students became eligible for the placements. But if you want higher placements you have to be ready for off-campus placements.

The companies prefer graduated students. Here during the 8th sem, you are eligible for the placement. Each company hire approximately 20 students. The package is for 450000 rs per year. When I complete my graduation I will think about this.

The 7th-semester students are eligible for campus placement which is taken by many companies. There are 70 percent of students getting placement in our college. Also, students applied for off-campus placement. And package depends upon the skills of each student.

As I told earlier that placements are avarage in GEC gandhinagar college. Average package offered by company is 3.5 lakh per year to student. Only 1 or 2 students are placed for the 6 to 6.5 lakh package. 50% of the students are placed from Computer/IT department and rest of are placed from others. TCS,Tatva soft, L & T etc. companies visit the college for placement every year. In Computer/IT department 28 out of 90 students on an average are placed. If candidate who wants high package then he/she can go for offcampus placement in MNC's. For this he/she has to be skilled candidate with extraordinary skills.

college placement is on average 4 lakh to 5 lakh. the highest package is 12 lakh per annum. placement rate is 30 to 40 percent relince adani and tata also visit the collage my plan after getting my degree i want to go Australia

Generally after 7th sem, student can start doing internships officially. But some students start in their 5th, 6th or even in 3rd sem to learn on their own. The regular recruiters in ECE include Tatvasoft, E-infochips, TCS, SLTL. There are many other companies that visited last time. Adani, Ashok Leyland, La net team, Pronesis, SoftNautics, PCB planet, Simform. Adani offered the highest package of 6.5LPA for GET(Graduate Engineer Trainee) post. Average package was 4LPA. Here only 40 students got the job. Remaining some got abroad, some went for masters through GATE, and a few started Entrepreneurshi

I choose this course because I am interested in the computer branch and I prefer to get this course for a better career. faculty of our college really awesome and focused on their field and responsive.

There is an average provided by the companies in this college. approximately 35 percentage students get the placement through companies. the average package is 300000 per annum. the highest package is 750000 par annually.
