MITS Madanapalle Admission 2027 is handled by MITS Deemed to be University at its campus in Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh. For UG students, it offers B.Tech in 10 courses, BBA and BCA. For PG students, it offers M.Tech in 6 courses, MBA and MCA, and there is a Ph.D in 11 subjects. You apply online on admission.mits.ac.in. For B.Tech, you can apply with a JEE Main rank, a state CET rank, a MITSUCET score or your Class 12 marks. MITSUCET is the university's own entrance test, and in 2026 it was held on 3 May. Your marks or rank also decide a scholarship that cuts your semester fee. The B.Tech fee is INR 50,000 to INR 1.25 Lakhs a semester before any scholarship.
MITS Madanapalle B.Tech Admission 2027
B.Tech at MITS has 10 courses in the School of Engineering and the School of Computing. They are CSE, four CSE specialisations, Bioinformatics, ECE, EEE, Civil and Mechanical. MITS had 1,500 first year B.Tech seats in 2023 to 2024, as per its NIRF 2025 data. The seats are split into five quotas. MITSUCET ranks get 45% of seats, national test ranks 25%, state test ranks 10%, Class 12 marks 10% and the management quota 10%.

You pay tuition each semester, and your scholarship is taken off before you pay. The base fee is INR 50,000 a semester for Civil, Mechanical and EEE. MITS offers six M.Tech courses. They are Automation and Robotics, CSE, CSE (AI and ML), and Electric Vehicle Technology. The other two are VLSI Design and Embedded Systems, and Civil Engineering (Construction Engineering and Management). The base fee is INR 35,000 a semester for every course. A GATE pass, a good PGECET rank or a high B.Tech CGPA can bring this fee down to zero. The course lasts two years.

Can I change my B.Tech branch after counselling?▾
No. MITS does not allow a branch change once your branch is fixed at counselling, for any reason. So talk it over with your family and pick your branch with care on that day.
I have both a JEE Main rank and an AP EAPCET rank. Which one helps my fee more?▾
The fee table uses any one rule that fits you. Check both ranks against the table for your course and use the one that puts you on a lower fee level. Carry both rank cards to counselling.
Two students have the same rank. Who gets the seat?▾
MITS first looks at marks in the core subjects. If the tie stays, the older student goes first by date of birth. If it still stays, the lower registration number wins, so apply early.
