Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry, Computer Science, or Biology as the third subject, with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in these subjects (40% for SC/ST candidates from West Bengal). Ans. The total fee for the 4-year, eight-semester programme is INR 3,25,000. Semester 1 is INR 45,000, inclusive of a one-time Other Charges component of INR 5,000. Each of the remaining seven semesters is INR 40,000. Fees are paid semester-wise as per the MIET Hooghly payment schedule.
