Ques. How are placements of Narula Institute of Technology, Kolkata?
● Top Answer By Shubham kumar on 15 May 21
Ans.My brother is a 2020 pass out from Narula Institute of technology. According to his experience, when it comes to placement, Narula Institute of Technology is not quite up to the mark.
TCS, Tech Mahindra, and ITC Infotech are the only three reputable IT companies that came for placement drives, and they take only a handful of students from all departments (mostly from CSE, IT & ECE).
Some local startup companies visit the campus, and once you learn about the salary packages the students are offered, you will definitely lose interest.
TCS is a mass recruiter and still, they hired not more than 5 students altogether from every department.
CSE students tend to get slightly better placement opportunities than other departments.

Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini, cognizant, etc renowned companies visit colleges to hire eligible students.
Im pursuing btech 3rd year .so im not get any job.
The fee for this course is so feasible. It costs about 4 lakh 8 thousand rupees approx to complete 4 years b.tech course. Within a gap of every 6 months, we have to pay each semester's fees. so, it's become easier to pay the fees timely.
The fee structure of this college in my course is around 3,07,850 Rs. There are many types of scholarships available such as the Sitaram Jindal Scholarship, Pragati & Saksham Scholarship, OASIS Scholarship, Swami Vivekananda Scholarship, AICTE PRAGATI & SAKSHAM Scholarship, etc.
I got a student scholarship and thus 5000 was credited to my account every semester. The fee hike was also not that huge it was well comparable to another private college in the city and thus the cost to study was great.
The total cost is 4 lakh 50 thousand rupees. This amount is taken through per semester wise. If anyone will have any problem regarding the fees then there may be some system definitely.
I got a job(internship) at Idiosys technologies with a stipend of 10K per month.
The cost of study in our college was affordable, reasonable and as the education system is very good so it is quite worth it.
From Narula Institute of Technology, i got my job at unified infotech private limited with a stipend of Rs.8000.
The fee structure of the course is divided into 8 parts. For every semester you have to pay approx 40-45 K. We all know, we are facing a pandemic situation right now. So mur college gives a facility to pay your semester fee in 2 or 3 parts. Also if you are from a backward class then you can also get scholarships. I got placed incognizant. And I thanked my teachers and my college.
The Fee for B.Tech(Normal Entry) is around 45,0000 INR(for 4 years). As far as I know, there is no hike in fees in the last 4 years. The college provides scholarships such as Sitaram Jindal Scholarship, Pragati & Saksham Scholarship, Swami Vivekananda Scholarship, and many more. I got placed in Cognizant Technology Solutions with a salary package of 4 LPA.
The total fee for the course is 450000 but some waiver system is also there in some quotas and scholarships. There is no hike in the fees system throughout the course. They provide the books from the library so that cost is covered.
I got placed in 3 companies- Accenture, TCS, and Capgemeni even in the covid scenario. The T&P department delivers as promised. They do bring a lot of campanies including big MNCs and startups but the placement is dependent on the student. They bring packages from 2LPA to 10LPA and 4LPA being the average. Almost 80% of our batch got placed.
