PIMR Indore Admission 2026

Admissions for the UG, PG & Law programmes are open and admission is ongoing. The institute accepts  PIMR Admission Test Score for admission to its MBA programs, followed by a Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI). PIMR Indore Admission to various programs are as follows-

• Admission to the MBA program is based on PIMR Admission Test, followed by GD & PI & It is mandatory for all registered students. To be eligible for the registration, students must have a graduation degree with at least 50% marks (5% relaxation for reserved category) & score of CAT/XAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ ATMA or any other recognized State-level Management Entrance Test. Candidates who have appeared for the final semester of their graduation degree examination for the admission year and are waiting for their results are also eligible to participate in the admission process, provided they have no backlogs.

• Admission to the UG programme is based on  merit in intermediate & GD/PI (and test if applicable). To be eligible for admission to the BBA program, candidates must pass 10th & 12th from a recognised board with 50% marks in aggregate (45% for reserved category). Eligible candidates can apply by filing an online form available on the official website of the Institute. ​

• Admission to the law programmes at PIMR Indore is based on a holistic review of academic records and a mandatory faculty interview. Candidates must have passed 10+2 with minimum 45% aggregate marks for the 5-year B.A. LL.B (Hons.)/B.B.A. LL.B (Hons.) and 3-year LL.B (Hons.), and an LL.B degree with minimum 55% for LL.M. Admissions are on a rolling basis means earlier applicants may have an advantage.

PIMR Indore MBA Cutoff

PIMR Indore 2025 cut-offs are much lower than 2024, as closing ranks increased across almost all MBA specialisations, which indicated reduced competition and admissions became easier compared to last year.

• 2024 was the most competitive year, while 2025 has returned closer to 2023 levels.

PIMR Indore Campus & Facilities

Academic Infrastructure: PIMR Indore has a 20-acre campus with fully air-conditioned classrooms equipped with smart boards, ICT tools, and Wi-Fi connectivity throughout. Large lecture halls, dedicated seminar halls, boardrooms, and meeting rooms are available for academic and corporate activities. The campus is secured 24x7 with CCTV surveillance.

Elevators, ramps, and accessible washrooms make the campus wheelchair-friendly.

Central Library: The fully computerized library houses over 51,580 books along with reports and monographs across management, law, computer applications, and allied subjects. Students also have access to a digital library with e-books and e-journals through databases such as ProQuest, EBSCO Business Source Elite, and DELNET.

Computer & Language Labs: A well-equipped computer lab meets the technical needs of students across programs. The institute also has a dedicated English Language Lab to build corporate communication skills and help students overcome language barriers before entering the workforce.

Auditorium: PIMR Indore has four spacious, air-conditioned auditoriums with a combined seating capacity of around 650. Each is equipped with the latest acoustics, DLP projectors, and whiteboards. These are used for placement activities, conferences, seminars, workshops, and cultural events.

Sports & Recreation: The institute has a dedicated sports faculty to train and guide students for inter-college and national-level tournaments. Facilities for indoor games are available; however, outdoor playing grounds are limited given the campus size.

Clubs & Extracurriculars: Several student-run clubs are active on campus, including a Marketing Club, Finance Club, and Social Welfare Club. These organize industry sessions, events, and community activities like blood donation drives and mental health awareness programs.

Other Facilities: Transportation, laundry, banking/ATM access, and a cafeteria are available on or near campus. Video conferencing facilities with Polycom Camera setup are also installed for academic and corporate interaction.

PIMR Indore Hostel 2026

PIMR Indore provides separate hostel accommodation for boys and girls, located in a posh locality in close proximity to the institute. The hostels are off-campus but well-connected, students can reach the college by auto in 5-10 minutes.

• Twin-sharing rooms (standard across both boy’s and girl’s hostels)
• Rooms with attached washrooms

In-Room Amenities: Each room is furnished with beds, individual almirahs, study tables, a geyser for 24-hour hot water, and RO drinking water. Wi-Fi connectivity is available throughout the hostel premises.

Common Facilities: TV room, water cooler, common room, laundry facility, newspapers/magazines, and 24x7 security with CCTV surveillance.

Food & Mess: The hostel provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner through an in-house mess. Food quality is generally rated average to good by students, with hygienic and nutritional meals served daily.
