The college fees are on par with other CET-based engineering colleges, but additional expenses for infrastructure and transportation are considered high, prompting many students to use local transport.
Placement opportunities at Jain Engineering Colleges are limited, with companies like Accenture and Wipro participating in recruitment. Eligible students begin placement activities in the 6th semester, with salary packages ranging from 3.5 to 4.0 LPA. Only about 10 to 15% of students secure placements, indicating room for improvement. Internships vary by engineering stream, and there are limited opportunities, although faculty provide guidance on projects and internships, such as machine learning with Python.
Scholarships are available from the State Government for various castes and minorities based on merit, along with State Government minority loans and bank loans, contingent upon study certificates and college fee structures. Under the SNQ quota, a student paid 4,000/- in government fees in the first year along with college fees, and only college fees in subsequent years. Scholarships through SSP and NSP provided 19,000/- against a total fee of 67,000/-.
Tuition fees remained consistent over the years, and the Vidyasarathi scholarship is another available option.
