Harish Chandra Post Graduate College was established by Bharatendu Harishchandra, in 1866, as a high school. In 1951, it was upgraded to an undergraduate college. The college is located in Varanasi and is affiliated to the MG Kashi Vidyapeeth. The closest stations to it are the Mughal Sarai and the Varanasi stations. Its administration is looked after by Harish Chandra Vidyalaya Samiti.
