Sarada Kurup College of Education and Research was established in the year 2009. The college is located in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. The college is managed by Tilak Education Society which was established in 1984 with the aim of promoting education in the city of Navi Mumbai. The college is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and affiliated to University of Mumbai. The college offers one year duration Bachelor of education (B.Ed.) Program with the intake capacity of 100 students. The college has well equipped infrastructure to start the course as per NCTE norms. Classrooms, Laboratories, Libraries and other Learning resources have been fully equipped for the program.

The S.K. College of Education and Research, Navi Mumbai does not offers the BMS course. The S.K. College of Education and Research, Navi Mumbai offers the BEd course. Candidate should have Graduated and a bachelors degree obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. A Relaxation of 5% aggregate is there for SC/ST candidates.
