The fee structure for the B.Tech (VLSI Design) programme at Nirma University for 2026-27 is the same as other B.Tech programmes at the institute. The tuition fee is Rs. 2,75,000 per annum for All India Category students. Over four years, the total tuition fee amounts to Rs. 11,00,000. Including other mandatory charges, the total first-year fee is Rs. 2,94,700 (including a one-time refundable security deposit of Rs. 7,000). Eligibility Criteria

NRI candidates who passed their qualifying examination from a school located abroad are exempt from JEE Main; their admission is based on qualifying examination merit.
