The fee we have to pay in installments. One installment during admission time for the first semester and 2nd installment for 2nd semester we pay before the final exams of the first semester. Yes you can claim loans for your study but not all courses can let you to claim loans according to the bank faculty. I didn't claim any loans becauy of bank faculty deny my course for this claim. College allows you to claim loans but sometimes bank deny.
For 2 year M.Sc course, total tuition fee is around INR 1.72 lakhs i.e. for 1st year, it is INR 89740 and for 2nd year, the fees is INR 82430.
