Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester. The placement cell is Avenues. In the year 2020-21 130 students got placed and more than 135 companies visited the campus with 100+ diverse roles. The highest salary package was 19.22 lakhs and the average was 6.02 LPA. Around 50% of students from our course got placed in good companies like KPMG, BCG, Deloitte, PWC, McKinsey, D.E. Shaw. I plan to start my articleship journey after getting my degree.

Placement Experience:

Companies come for placement during the 3rd semester. Our placement cell does so much hard work to attract companies. Some of the past recruiters were Cognizant, E&Y, Gartner, Max Life Insurance, etc., and around 101 students are placed with an average package of 8 Lakh/annum. The highest Package was 18-20 Lakh/Annum and the lowest was 4-5 Lakh/Annum. My plan is to go for placement here.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took commerce stream after 10th class because it includes my favorite subjects like Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Marketing, Statistics, etc. The faculty-student ratio of Kirori Mal College is about 1:50. Although there are more than 115+ students nearly half a batch doesn't take classes regularly they just attend classes when there is a viva or test. All facilities are well qualified and their teaching method is good. They teach with full dedication. All the exams and tests took place on a timely basis.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible when they reach their last year of graduation for campus placements. I haven't applied for any placements but I do know that more than 60% of students who applied were able to secure a placement. I also know that companies like Deloitte, Infosys, ScoopWhoop are the companies that have visited for placements. My plan after getting a degree is to pursue my masters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum of BSc(Hons) physics which is offered by Delhi University is based on CBCS(Choice Based Credit System). This is one of the best and most precise courses if you want to pursue your honors in physics. This course also helps in higher studies and in many entrance examinations(like NET, IIT JAM, CSIR), etc. The overall faculty and teaching staff is good. However, the faculty is not as same as of Scholl Faculty. Obviously, there should be difference. So, you have to prepare yourself for all examinations. No, Teacher will help you that much. The examinations are semester based. So, we have 6 semesters and all are having different majors. 1st year has: 8 Subjects(4 subjects in each semester) 2nd year has 10 subjects (5 in each semester) 3rd year has 8 subjects(4 in each semester) Therefore, in total we have 26 subjects.
