NIILM CMS accepts valid scores from CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, and GMAT for PGDBA admission.

Candidates are advised to apply as soon as the NIILM CMS portal opens in January 2027.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed a recognised Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) from a UGC-recognised university.

A valid score in CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, or GMAT is required at the time of application for the PGDBA programme.

Final selection is based on entrance exam score (50% weightage), Personal Interview (30%), and academic merit (20%). Candidates appearing in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply provisionally.

Admission Process

Appear for CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, or GMAT and secure a valid score for the 2027-28 admission cycle.

Apply online through the NIILM CMS website when the application window opens in January 2027.

Upload scanned copies of graduation marksheets, entrance exam score card, and other required documents during the online application.

Shortlisted candidates are called for a Personal Interview conducted by NIILM CMS faculty at the Greater Noida campus.

Final merit list is prepared based on entrance exam score, PI performance, and academic record and is published on the institute website.

Accept the offer letter and pay the admission fee within the specified deadline to confirm enrolment for the 2027-28 session.
