AITS Tirupati Admission 2027 is open for B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA and MCA at its campus in Venkatapuram, near Renigunta. AITS is an autonomous college affiliated to JNTU Anantapur, and it does not hold its own entrance test. B.Tech seats are filled through AP EAPCET counselling, and diploma holders join the second year through AP ECET. M.Tech admission is based on a GATE score or an AP PGECET rank. MBA and MCA admission is based on an AP ICET rank. The college code is AITT for every state test. The state has fixed the B.Tech tuition fee at INR 40,000 a year, and the MBA and MCA fee at INR 35,000 a year.
AITS Tirupati B.Tech Admission 2027
AITS offers B.Tech in 10 courses with 1,740 seats, as approved by AICTE for 2025 to 2026. CSE is the biggest course, with 420 seats. ECE, AI and Data Science, and AI and Machine Learning have 240 seats each. Most seats are given by the state through AP EAPCET counselling. The rest are Category B seats, which the college fills under state rules. In 2025 to 2026, 1,388 students joined through state counselling and 251 through Category B.
AITS Tirupati B.Tech Eligibility 2027
You need to pass Class 12 or Intermediate with Maths, Physics and Chemistry. You need 45% in these three subjects together if you are OC. If you are BC, SC or ST, you need 40%. You also need an AP EAPCET 2027 rank in the engineering stream. Your rank is made from your test marks, which count for 75%, and your Intermediate marks, which count for 25%.

AITS Tirupati B.Tech Fees at Admission 2027
You pay a tuition fee of INR 40,000 a year for a seat from state counselling. The state approved this fee for every B.Tech course at AITS. For four years, the tuition fee adds up to INR 1.6 Lakhs. AITS Tirupati Scholarships 2027
