Pannalal Girdharlal Dayanand Anglo-Vedic or commonly known as the PGDAV College is one of the oldest educational institutes established in 1957. The college derives its vision and ideas on education from a renowned social reformer Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati. The College does not only have its roots extended in numerous states in India but also in five different continents across the globe.

The college offers honors and regular undergraduate courses in different streams such as science, arts, and commerce. Application to all the courses can be done online. The admissions will be provided based on merit obtained by the students in the last qualifying examination. 

The main motive of the college is to provide a possibility for students to work and study along. Students from all over India passed from any recognized board are eligible to apply. Throughout the year the college organizes multiple competitions, extracurricular activities, and cultural fest which helps in developing an interest in other fields too.

The college also provides the National Cadets Corps, National Service Scheme to its students, and also a career counseling club called KAIZEN is also here in the college.

The college strictly follows the norms and guidelines of the Delhi University (DU). For admissions, to various undergraduate courses offered by the PGDAV college, the students need to clear the cut-off marks.
