Located in a rural, backward area of Irrikur, Sibga Arts and Science College was established to promote education among the people in that area. It was started in 2003 by the Sibga Educational and Charitable Trust, with a mission to enhance the learning quality and capacity of students by giving them an excellent education of the exceptional standard.
