As its a Goverment college, the fee were very low. Tution fee was around 6000 per year and exam fee were around 500 per semester. There were also bus and library fees. As the hostel was not open at our times there were no hostel fee. Now there should be hostel fee also. And most of these fee were covered by e grantz in my case
Course is based on the kannur university syllabus. At that time the syllabus contained older stuff. But now the university is changed to KTU which has a very good Curriculum and Exam structure. I think its pointless to explain about the old Curriculum since it is not in use anymore.
When I was doing my course the semester fee was 6500 for all students as it is a government college. For economically backward groups of students, government had been providing scholarships which will be taken off the entire fees. Hostel fees and another expenses should be carried individually.
Semester system is followed in b tech degree. Total 8 semesters will be there for 4 years with 1st and second semesters combined. Good support and guidance is provided from highly qualified teachers. You will be having written exams and lab exams as well in order to qualify the degree certificate. Final year you can attend campus placement from various companies including some MNCs.
Since my college is a government institution Fee Structure was quite feasible. Some 9000per year, and additional bus fee that's it. Extra deposit amount will be collected as per security amount and tgat will given back after the studies and I donated it for alumina association.
About the grooming of students the institute not at good because it's a government college so none of the teacher will force you to study or do this or that its just up to you(That was my experience). Campus placement was very poor. We had visited many industries like BSNL,DDK etc
The fee was not expensive as it was a government college. The fee prescribed by the government should only be paid by the students. The course I opted for a semester fee program, in a semester between 9,000 to 11,000 was the fee. We can either pay by check or cash. The admission fee is to be paid just once at the time of admission.
The course gave openings to new subjects and theories on many wide topics. The self-study method is more suitable for such degree applicants. The seminar and mini-projects were interesting sessions of the course. Last semester is truly only for thesis work which is individual.
College provide high transparency in fee break down. for the arts and other festes we accept advertisment and donations. most of the placement companies provide financial supports. We are planing to cunduct an auto expo and tech fest in the coming month and we accept all type of advertisment of companies.
Ktu is our university. Its a very bad university. I think they failed in an attempt to establish a good university. They even dosn’t know how to handle it. over all college is good and the teaching staffs want to improved and the marke for the passing wante to be decreased.
Since its is a govt college fees are decided by government. That is for every year we have to pay an amount of 10, 000. But it is not necessary to pay the full amount together. There is an option to pay the amount as half within two semesters in one year.
Course is somewhat difficult because i have choosen for electrical It is a wide subject, papers in it are electric machines, circuit theory etc. Circuit theory is a logical subject not a byhearting subject.Machines consists of various types of machines and there working.Thats all about course
Fee structure is available and they provide scholarship facilities. For an year the fee is 8225rs and it is to be remitted as two times. For students having scholarship have considerations in the fee amount.
Engineering degree needs four accademic years to complete the course. And each accademic year is divided into two semesters. So a total of eight semesters have to be completed. Each semester has 6 theory subjects and 2 practical subjects. Exams are conducted by the end of each semester and valuation is done by the university.
the fee structure of our College they compared to 3 ways (1) is the GEREAL they should pay 8000 rupees in one year (2)students how got the scholar ship called e-grantz in the caste OBC they should not pay the fee (3) caste SC and ST they are fully free
by my opinion the course curriculum is good. There are project, tutorial, self study, seminar, prentation, ppt, internal ship, industrial visit etc. the exam structure is there is internal examnation in 50 mark out of 50 mark 22,5 mark is qualification to attend semester examination
Fee structure was quite affordable since it was a government college and we got scholarship. The scholarship was available for eligible students. The eligibility was based on economy of family and also cast was a parameter.
Curriculum was tough in our time period. At starting the syllabus and curriculum was difficult to follow. We got couple of internal exam to get qualification for semester exam. We need to score 45% to pass the exam.
Feasible. The fees structure are feasible because the college is strictly under government. The fees are scheduled in a manner that strictly allows the poorest of the poor to study. The fees structure is a good thing.
Very good. The course curriculum is very good. The exam structure is fine. The exams are conducted on a regular semesterwise basis. The curriculum is based on the norms of KTU. The exams are not very tough.
