Major recruiters include Wipro, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, and others, with packages often not exceeding 4 LPA for freshers. Internships are offered with stipends ranging from 6,000 to 10,000 INR, providing practical experience in various industries like Ultra Tech Cements, HPCL, and GAIL.
