Actually now I am a new student at this college. Many senior also give me some information about that placement program. Many companies and individuals also come select student also which students are perfect for selecting they are also taking it.
The placement cell of my college is also good. Every students get an equal opportunity to attend the placement there's not any differences or discrimination. A lot of different companies visit the college for the placement for all the courses students. The college also provides internship program im summer to the students to better provide them practical knowledge of the work.
The placements and job opportunities are good enough.The college gives many many opportunities to each and every students to use their knowledge and skills and get placed with the best companies. Offering the best salary in industries. And also students to attain the placements even you leave the college.
During summers,the college provide internships for every students with a good stipend of 6000-10000. The internship helps to gain practical knowledge of the work they will perfom and prepare a report on it. This enhances the capabilities and skills of the students.
Phonics hold good placement record of 80-90% every year.Student in phonics get good placement in various reputed company of the country, in Bangalore, and in noth India with good pakage

The placement cell of the college made sure that we all get chance to showcase our skills to the companies. The college helped us a lot so that we were able to differentiate between which option to chose, placement training was offered to all of us.
The placement team wasn't that active as they showed us. Only a couple of companies were called during the last month of our semester and they didn't offer good options. But later the management attracted few good companies and they offered average to good packages. 90% of the students got placed that year.
Internship was not provided by the college placement team. The team gave us the recommendation letter signed by the college and asked us to apply for internship on our own. We were then asked to prepare a project and give a couple of presentations to internal as well as the external faculties. This would add to our credits score which would in turn increase our academic performance.
As mentioned earlier, the placement body was very helpful and active. A lot of good companies came during the placement week and offered various good options to deserving students. Luckily, I got placed with one of the good offers. More than 95% of the students were placed and the left out students were given option to take part in placements again in the next year.
The placement body was very active and kept in mind that the students needs to be placed where they can learn and experience the functions and operations of the company. They made sure that the students get a regular stipend so that they can cover their basic expenses, plus they also made sure that we are not doing any clerical jobs there, rather we are doing something productive which would add to our learning and experiences.
