Kakinada Institute of Engineering and Technology, also known as KIET, was established in 2001. It is a private institution located in East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh.

KIET Godavari Admissions
For B.Tech Admissions, A valid score in AP EAMCET is accepted. However, candidates can also get direct admissions.
Admissions to the PG courses i.e. M.Tech and MCA are based on PGCET (Post Graduate Common Entrance Test) which is conducted by the Andhra Pradesh Government.
Admission to diploma courses are merit based.

KIET Placement Cell uses 360 degrees Learning Approach which imbibes technical and professional skills like aptitude, attitude, and communication skills in the students.
