HVPMCOET Amravati Admission Dates 2026

HVPMCOET Amravati admissions for the 2026 session are managed entirely through DTE Maharashtra centralised counselling. BE and MBA CAP rounds are currently in progress. ME CAP counselling is tentatively underway in the July to August 2026 window. Maharashtra domicile is mandatory for state-quota seats.

HVPMCOET Amravati Courses and Fees

HVPMCOET Amravati offers seven programmes across BE, ME, and MBA levels. The total fee ranges from INR 1,33,000 for MBA to INR 3,72,000 for BE. All programmes are affiliated to SGBAU and approved by AICTE.

All four BE branches cost the same INR 3,72,000 over four years. CSE and IT are the largest enrolment branches at HVPMCOET. HVPMCOET Amravati Admission Process

BE Admission

BE admission at HVPMCOET Amravati is through DTE Maharashtra BE CAP based on MHT-CET (PCM) or JEE Main score. All seats are filled through DTE Maharashtra centralised counselling. There is no separate application to the college.

• Eligibility: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects
• Minimum aggregate: 45% for General category, 40% for reserved category candidates
• Entrance: Valid MHT-CET (PCM) or JEE Main score required for CAP registration
• Process: Register on cetcell.mahacet.org, complete document verification, participate in CAP allotment rounds, and report to HVPMCOET after seat allotment

MHT-CET 2026 (PCM) was held from April 11 to 19, 2026, and the result was declared on June 16, 2026. Candidates must have Maharashtra domicile for state-quota seats. Reservation applies per Maharashtra government norms.

MBA Admission

MBA admission is through DTE Maharashtra MBA CAP, which accepts MAH-MBA-CET, CAT, XAT, CMAT, and MAT scores. Candidates must hold a graduation degree with a minimum 50% aggregate. MAH-MBA-CET 2026 result was declared on May 29, 2026. MBA CAP counselling at mahacet.org is currently in progress.

ME Admission

ME admission is through DTE Maharashtra ME CAP based on GATE score. Candidates need a BE or B.Tech degree in the relevant branch with 50% aggregate and a valid GATE score. GATE 2026 results were declared on March 19, 2026. ME CAP counselling at HVPMCOET is tentatively scheduled for July to August 2026.

HVPMCOET Amravati’s Training and Placement Cell organises campus and pooled campus drives for BE and MBA graduates.
