Fee structure is expensive for a middle class or lower class family its about in lakhs every year so like 6-7 lakhs in course you have to spend so its so expensive you can pay by any means Demand draft,NEFT, bank pay, debit card credit card any means. There was no extra fees taken by college to secure my seat no politics for seat you have to clear entrance exam.
The course curriculum is very fine you have to work at your own you have to research the topics every year have to work on topic you have to make plans models theroy practical and every year have to give exams which is hard though if you have done all by carefully so you'll be a better professional in your course you'll learn many things from college apart from your course.
Fee structure is very simple and feasible. For students who are admitted in Scheme A, the fees will be around 10,000 to 12,000 rupees. And for Scheme B students the fees will be around 45,000 to 70,000 depending upon various criterias.
Course curriculum is very good here, as it's the only college in Karnataka and one of the 14th colleges in India with the course M.tech in Urban and Regional Planning and which is also recognised by town planning department of India. Exam structure is similar to architecture colleges.
the syllabus is very badly designed. when other colleges are learning softwares and other subjects in the second year, we were introduced to it in the 3rd year. the course is good, but the the college isn't. the teachers are very unsupportive and they themselves lakh the knowledge.
