Directorate of Distance Education IKG-Punjab Technical University (PTU) is a State University established under Punjab Technical University Act, in the year 1996 (Punjab Act No. 1 of 1997) and the Directorate of Distance Education is an arm of IKGPTU Gujral to support and facilitate the open learning at the University more efficiently.
