Regarding the possibility of changing your engineering discipline after enrollment, NHIT does not mention a formal process for internal branch transfers in the available public documents. However, such decisions are governed by the policies of the affiliating body, WBSCTVESD, and may require approval from both the institute and the council. You can contact the college for information about the course.
The first year fee is INR 59,000, and fee for 2nd and 3rd year fee is INR 48,000 at the NHIT, Durgapur. You must have passed in Secondary Level Exam or 10th examination from a recognized board. They must qualified in JEXPO Exam organized by WEBSCTE.
