The placement & job apportunities are very good in farm science course and we can eligible for both govt. & Pvt. Sectors jobs. And in our degree programme last year of graduation the students are assigned for internship in Agri biotechnology related companies & institution. Such as iits, monsanto, ncbs etc.
There is no placement cell in our college. Recently, 2 or 3 industries showed interest in campus recruitment. The college helps you get internship at various industries. Since the internship should be in 8th semester before graduation, no stipend are provided mostly.
Yes some placements are there not sure that all students will get equal opportunity if he is highly talented he will get. The companies under this are out of state there muchjobs in our state food inspector and dietitian we can join through competive exams. I attended bharathi associates for my internship there i didn't get stipend.
Placement and jobs are taken easily because we have seniors, yes this college provides internship, but it gives only for 4th year students since I am 2nd year student i am not aware of any internship, but I can say that it provides beautiful experience for the upcoming job
There is no option of placement like the engineering colleges have, where the companies come to take the students. We have great opportunity of jobs in Agriculture sector, banking sector etc.Yes for Biotechnology and food technology students they provide internship of 3 months and also they provide stipend.
Placements are not there for food technology. However, students go for higher education or studies like GATE,JRF etc. exams. College does not provide any internship.Mostly students persue higher studies. Some of the students went for State PSC jobs and other Govt. Jobs after their UG degree.
College has good placement and job opportunities ,many companies will come to college to recruit the students. Major companies which will come college are 1.seed production companies 2.agricultural products marketing companies 3.crop insurance companies 4.pesticide and insecticide companies 5.fertilizer production and marketing company etc *These companies will came to college and select students based on interview and academic background. *Final year students and one who completed the degree from the college were attend the interview The selected students will appointed across the state in different district *Many companies which cannot conduct interview will send request letter to college to send interested eligible candidates to their office for interview
Yes. Many students of agricultural biotechnology Were placed in monsento seed company.total 3 months of work was done and stipend of 9000per month was given.they got idea of methods and procedures fallowed by thr company * few students also placed in IIHR, bengaluru for getting practical knowledge about biotechnology and exposed to research works.
There are also placements for some good companies also but most of students get job their jobs in interested companies even though many of them prefer to continue with their higher studies.
Here the college does not provide internship but at the final year they have a special programme and training which help them for job experience.
Job opportunities in agro field is very narrow and usually everyone will get job because very limited number of students came out after 4 yrs.
Companies came mainly agro based company only on notice board. Usually everyone opts for higher education so their is not a presence of even a company usually they concentrate in main university campus.
