International Institute of Mass Media (IIMM), New Delhi was established in 1999. It is located in New Delhi, Delhi. IIMM has been approved by UGC. It is a leading institute of mass communication in India. IIMM New Delhi is affiliated to Singhania University, Rajasthan. It is a private institute.

IIMM Awards and Participations 

  • IIMM’s Mini Pandey won the second prize for her short film Shades of Red at the Take5 Shorts 2017 film festival. The Shorts Film Festival is an annual festival organized by Take5 Communications and Society for Promotion of Professional Excellence. Her team included Zahin Hussain, Ruby Sharma, Surbhi Sharma, Suman Shekhar Dongriyal and Roshan Singh. Mini is pursuing her Master’s in Mass Communication at IIMM. Her interest continues in filmmaking and direction.
  • Pratish Kumar Shanu, an alumnus, is an emerging researcher with interests in the analysis, global governance, and public policy. At the annual general meeting of “The Institute of Money Laundering Prevention Officers” (IMLPO) at London, Pratish’s research on a “corruption-free society and transparency in it” was presented. His research paper was selected by Transparency International India from among many making it a huge milestone and accomplishment. Pratish is also a researcher with other independent research organizations and think-tanks as well.
  • In the Confab, the Debate Competition organized by Dharini (Department of Geography) of the Dyal Singh College, Tanya Sharma won the second prize for arguing against the motion on the topic “International Borders are UnitingEntities”. The event was held on 14 February 2019.

IIMM New Delhi Courses

Undergraduate Courses

BJMC (Bachelor’s in Journalism and Mass Communication) It is a three-year full-time course.
Eligibility- The candidate needs to have passed 12th standard from a recognized board.

Postgraduate Courses

MJMC (Master’s in Journalism and Mass Communication) It is a two-year full-time course.
Eligibility- The candidate needs to have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing. It is a one-year full-time course. Eligibility- The candidate needs to have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
