The first year fee is INR 4.25 Lakhs, the fee for 2nd, 3rd and 4th year fees are INR 2.75 Lakhs for the BDS course at the Mahatma Gandhi Dental College & Hospital, Jaipur. Candidate must have Pass in 10+2, A level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together. Admission is based on NEET.

The university offers seven specializations of MDS at the university. It includes oral and maxillofacial pathology, pedodontics & preventive dentistry, periodontology, oral medicine & radiology, prosthodontics, crown & bridge, conservative dentistry & endodontics and orthodontics & dentofacial orthopaedics.
The average placement package is INR 2.4 lakhs a year at MGUMST. The duties are in the wards like HDU, ICU, neurosurgery, etc. Many hospitals hire students for job placement.
